Argus is an AI-powered compliance tool for financial institutions, operated by Serrbi. Contact: team@argus-sar.com
2. What data we collect
When you submit a demo request, we collect your name, work email, company name, and role. We do not store this data beyond what is needed to respond to your request.
When you use the Argus platform, you may upload transaction data (CSV files). This data is processed in memory to generate risk analysis and SAR drafts. It is not stored permanently on our servers and is not used to train AI models.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to demo requests and schedule calls
- To provide the Argus service
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data for advertising
4. Third-party services
Argus uses the following third-party services:
- Anthropic Claude API — for AI-powered risk analysis and SAR drafting
- Resend — for transactional email delivery
- Vercel — for hosting
Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
5. Data retention
Demo request data is retained for up to 90 days.
Uploaded transaction data is not retained after processing.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Contact team@argus-sar.com to make a request.
